National Commission for Women wishes to appoint eligible and experienced Institutes to conduct Women’s safety audit in 3 (Three) tier II Indian cities. One Institute can submit proposals for audit of maximum three cities.

The objective of the audit is to assess the level of safety experienced by women in public spaces and workspaces in the city on the basis of a sample survey & focused group discussions (FGDs) and to submit a detailed report in this regard. On the basis of information gathered during the survey, the institute will prepare a Women’s security score card for the particular city.
