The citizens can obtain information from the Commission through correspondence, accessing its web site and through e-mail. The library of the Commission is open to public from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. The fee chargeable for any information would be as per the right to information (regulation of fee and cost) rules 2005.
