<p class="rtejustify">NCW has taken cognizance of the complaint and constituted an Inquiry Committee to inquire into media report which appeared on 7th June, 2013, titled “Blind minor raped, killed in Puri” wherein reportedly a 14 year old blind girl was raped and thereafter murdered in Puri – Konark Marine Drive</p>
