National Commission for Women held 2nd Advisory Committee meeting via video-conference today with external members, advisories & State Commissions to discuss on major/important activities of the Commission to be taken up during the current year plan #AatmaNirbharBharatAbhiyaan

Reviews on redressal mechanism & support system for protection of women from crimes & violence, mental healthcare, cyber security are concern areas that the Commission will respond & adapted to new circumstances, such as online counselling, shelter homes, emergency response chat-boxs. #WomenSafety

The involvement of #OneStopCentres #Anganwadi & #WomenHelpline workers in rural areas will continue to spread & train in legal awareness support.

Skill training for women-led enterprise will align with current MSME's schemes to support women entrepreneurs to sustain the vision of #AatmaNirbharBharat
