On 20.04.2013 Ms Hemlata Kheria accompanied by Ms. Manasi Pradhan, OYSS Women founder visited Khurdha district, travelling to Kanheipur, a village by NH-5, nearly 200 km from Puri town. She graced the second day of the National Seminar on “Ending Violence against Women: A National Roadmap” held at Kanheipur village. The seminar was attended by over 1200 village women from different areas, who depicted their own experiences of violence against them and put forth their suggestions for National Commission for Women.
