The Member Secretary of the Commission has been nominated as the Member of the Working group on "Women's Agency and Empowerment" for the Twelfth Five Year Plan."

The Planning Commission is setting up a "Working group on "Women's Agency and Empowerment" for the Twelfth Five Year Plan under the Chairpersonship of Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development. The Member Secretary of the Commission has been nominated as the Member of the above Working Group.
