Dr. Charu WaliKhanna, Member, NCW released the Book SHELTER authored by Rashmi Anand and Dr.Manorama Bawa. The function was organized as a part of Women’s Day Celebrations by Times Group Book at Select Citywalk Mall, Saket, New Delhi on 6th March, 2012. The book JOURNEY OF THE GODDESS was also released simultaneously by Justice (Retd.) Leila Seth the first woman judge on the Delhi High Court and the first woman to become Chief Justice of a state High Court. A special reading of the book was done by Mahabanoo Kotwal, a nationally-acclaimed actress, director and producer, India’s first stand-up artiste with an oeuvre extending to the international stage and screen. 

The Hon’ble Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit, the Chief Guest was unable to attend and sent her best wishes.
